Geltungsbereich
1. Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für die Vermietung und Nutzung der Räumlichkeiten der V81 Studios durch LLH Productions GmbH. Sie regeln sämtliche Buchungen sowie damit verbundene Leistungen und Zusatzangebote.

2. Buchung und Zahlung
Eine Buchung gilt erst nach schriftlicher Bestätigung und vollständiger Zahlung (100 %) als verbindlich. Im Falle einer Annulation wird der Betrag gemäss Ziffer 6 rückerstattet.

3. Nutzungsdauer
Die gebuchte Zeit umfasst die gesamte Nutzung des Studios, einschliesslich Aufbau, Abbau und Reinigung. Eine Überschreitung der gebuchten Zeit wird zusätzlich verrechnet.

4. Nutzung des Studios
Das Studio darf ausschliesslich für vereinbarte Zwecke genutzt werden. Nicht erlaubt ohne vorgängige Zustimmung: Veranstaltungen / Partys, Übernachtungen, Untervermietung an Dritte. Die Nutzung hat im Einklang mit den Grundsätzen von Respekt, Gleichberechtigung und Inklusion zu erfolgen. Diskriminierende oder menschenverachtende Inhalte sind untersagt.

5. Sorgfaltspflicht und Haftung
Die Mieter:in verpflichtet sich zu einem sorgfältigen Umgang mit Studio, Einrichtung und Equipment. Schäden, Verschmutzungen oder Verluste werden vollumfänglich in Rechnung gestellt. Die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Die Mieter:in bestätigt, über eine gültige Haftpflichtversicherung zu verfügen, welche Schäden im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Studios deckt. Auf Verlangen ist ein entsprechender Nachweis vorzulegen. Eine Haftung der Vermieterin wird – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – ausgeschlossen.

6. Annulation
Annulationen müssen schriftlich erfolgen. Bis 72 Stunden vor Termin: kostenlos. 72 bis 48 Stunden vor Termin: 50 %. Weniger als 48 Stunden vor Termin: 100 %. Bereits entstandene Aufwände werden in jedem Fall verrechnet.

7. Zusatzkosten
Zusätzliche Leistungen (z. B. Equipment, Verbrauchsmaterial wie Hintergrundpapier, Zusatzzeit) werden separat verrechnet. Die Abrechnung basiert auf den tatsächlich angefallenen Kosten.

8. Zahlungsbedingungen
Die Zahlung ist bei Buchung fällig. Allfällige nachträglich ausgestellte Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 10 Tagen zahlbar.

9. Gerichtsstand und Recht
Es gilt ausschliesslich schweizerisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Basel.

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental and use of the premises of V81 Studios operated by LLH Productions GmbH. They govern all bookings as well as any related services and add-ons.

2. Booking and Payment
A booking is only considered confirmed upon written confirmation and full payment (100%). In the event of cancellation, refunds are made in accordance with clause 6.

3. Rental Duration
The booked time includes the entire use of the studio, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning. Any extension of the booked time will be charged additionally.

4. Use of the Studio
The studio may only be used for the agreed purposes. The following are not permitted without prior approval: events/parties, overnight stays, subletting to third parties. The use of the studio must comply with principles of respect, equality, and inclusion. Discriminatory or degrading content is prohibited.

5. Duty of Care and Liability
The renter is obliged to handle the studio, its furnishings, and equipment with due care. Any damage, excessive dirt, or loss will be charged in full. Use of the studio is at the renter’s own risk. The renter confirms that they hold valid liability insurance covering damages related to the use of the studio and must provide proof upon request. Liability of the owner is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to 72 hours before the booking: free of charge. Between 72 and 48 hours before the booking: 50% of the fee. Less than 48 hours before the booking: 100% of the fee. Any costs already incurred will be charged in any case.

7. Additional Costs
Additional services (e.g. equipment, consumables such as background paper, extra time) will be charged separately. Billing is based on actual costs incurred.

8. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Any subsequently issued invoices are payable within 10 days.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Basel.
